What are the Box Office opening hours?

Our on-site box office is open:

Tuesday: 4pm-8pm
Thursday: 4pm-8pm
Friday: 4pm-10pm
Saturday: 9am-10pm

Alternatively, our box office team can be reached by phone:

Monday-Thursday: 10am–5pm
Friday & Saturday: 9am-10pm

Can I transfer dates?

Any tickets purchased with Event Exchange Insurance can be transferred to an alternate date in accordance with the terms and conditions.

All other tickets are non-transferable.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable so please check your order carefully when making a purchase.

How do I get my tickets?

Tickets will be sent to you by email once the booking is complete. If you have not received your tickets, please check your spam folder.

There is a single barcode that contains all the tickets from the transaction which will be scanned on arrival.

If we are booking tickets separately, how do we ensure we are seated together?

To request specific seating arrangements, we recommend booking as a group in one transaction or calling our Box Office team on 1800 289 669.

What is included in Platinum Ticket?

Platinum tickets include;
  • Exclusive access to the fully air-conditioned Platinum Lounge pre-show and during the interval.
  • Bottomless champagne (or beer) on arrival.
  • Canapés on arrival.
  • Meet and greet the cast pre-show with photo opportunities.
  • Complimentary printed souvenir photograph.
  • Complimentary show programme.
  • Complimentary merchandise show bag.
  • A single seat in the front 2 rows of seating.

What is included in Gold Ticket?

  • Gold tickets include;
    Exclusive access to the fully air-conditioned Gold Lounge pre-show and during the interval.
  • A complimentary drink on arrival.
  • A single seat in the 3rd or 4th row of seating.

What is included in Silver Ticket?

Silver tickets include a single seat in the middle rows of seating.

What is included in Bronze Ticket?

Bronze tickets include a single seat in the back row of seating.

Venue Information

Is there on site parking?

Yes, Pink Flamingo Spiegeland has a nominated car park next to our site.

Once your arrive in the Northshore vicinity, follow signs for Dock B Car Park.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, please contact our box office team for information on accessible seating.

Is there a bar?

Yes, there are indoor and outdoor bars.

Do you serve food?

Yes, you can pre-order charcuterie or cheese platters at the time of booking, arrive early and enjoy a pre-show bite by the river or order a range of snacks to your table during the performance.

The site is open for pre-show food and drinks:

Can I bring my own decorations?

We want your celebration to be as special as possible and are able to offer theming opportunities in the Gold or Platinum Lounge for Gold and Platinum ticket holders. Unfortunately, we do not have any other areas suitable for decoration.
